OneStream Developer

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a talented OneStream Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience in crafting, developing, and maintaining OneStream solutions.
• The selected candidate will play a key role in application development, data integration, financial reporting, and system enhancements to facilitate enterprise performance management processes, including financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Primary Duties
• OneStream Application Development
• Design, create, and sustain OneStream XF applications, encompassing Cube Dimensions and Business Rules.
• Construct financial models, metadata frameworks, and calculation logic.
• Business Rules Scripting
• Develop and oversee Business Rules utilizing VB
• NET
• Implement calculation logic and automation processes.
• Data Integration and Quality Management
• Oversee data integrations and ETL workflows.
• Incorporate data from ERP systems and data warehouses.
• Reporting and Dashboard Development
• Create Cube Views, dashboards, and financial reports.

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of OneStream XF development experience.
• A commitment to ongoing learning of new processes and platforms to enhance our expanding functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
• Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of VB
• NET and SQL.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Capability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Advanced conceptual understanding of at least one programming language.
• Advanced conceptual understanding of one database and one operating system.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, with practical experience in at least one project.
• Ability to independently contribute to medium to complex tasks.
• Exposure to design principles and the capacity to independently comprehend design specifications.
• Ability to execute test cases and scenarios according to the plan.
• Capability to accept and address production issues while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Logical reasoning skills.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends.
