Scrum Master / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• About the Role
• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master Project Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of product modifications within a cross-functional technology environment
• This position is accountable for project success across sprints
• Drive delivery team effectiveness through stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, resource coordination, and change management
• Ensure QA oversight and delivery governance
• Roles Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end project success and deliverables
• Identify and remove impediments to keep the team fully functional, effective, and productive
• Manage day-to-day project activities to support sprint delivery
• Prioritize architectural changes relative to user story development
• Facilitate senior management reviews, status updates, and sign-off processes
• Manage project communications, issues, risks, scope, and changes
• Execute change management controls in coordination with the customer
• Coordinate project resources and availability to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to report and mitigate project issues and risks
• Develop and implement QA processes to ensure deliverable quality and milestone achievement
• Track sprint metrics and audit deliverables
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
• 10 years of experience including 5 years in Scrum Master or Project Management roles
• Scrum Master Certification
• Strong Agile Scrum and SDLC knowledge
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Preferred Good to Have
• Golang Java Python SQL awareness
• Airline domain experience
