Provide business management assistance for Technology activities across Asia.
Maintain reliable records and information to enable smooth, day-to-day technology operations.
Coordinate recurring business management activities with the relevant Technology stakeholders.
Produce clear updates and documentation covering Technology activities, priorities, and progress.
Monitor agreed actions and follow up on open items to support timely delivery.
Compile and structure information for business reviews and regular operational discussion forums.
Support the consistent documentation of Technology processes and ensure they remain current.
Assist with effective coordination across the Financial Services Technology department.

A successful 'IT Business Management Support Asia' should have:

Experience delivering business management or operational support.
Support end-to-end invoice processing related to Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank, ensuring compliance with the IT financial governance process and accounting policies.
Manage the month-end time booking process and collaborate with multiple IT functions to ensure time bookings are delivered on time, accurately, and completely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words, and PPT
Knowledge of Sharepoint, Confluence, Wiki and JIRA is an advantage.
Ability to organise information for reviews and operational meetings.
Working experience using Tableau.
Scrum Master Certification
