Position Overview:

• Role: International Voice Process
• Experience: JL2A – Minimum of 1 year | JL3A – Minimum of 2 years
• Location: Bangalore / Pune
• Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (JL2A) | Up to ₹7 LPA (JL3A), based on experience and current CTC
• Education: Any Graduate
• Work Environment: 100% Work from Office
• Shift Timing: US shifts / 24×7 rotational shifts
• Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners preferred

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an International Voice Process.
• Experience managing inbound calls.
• Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level).
• Strong capabilities in customer support and problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must successfully complete the necessary assessments prior to the Operations round.
• Completion of client-specific training is compulsory.
• Graduation certificate and original mark sheets are required for the onboarding process.
