Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy dependable data solutions that support business goals and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and develop data models aligned with business needs.
• Apply knowledge of Data Warehousing Concepts to improve how data is stored, accessed, and retrieved.
• Use Scheduling Basics to help guarantee timely execution of data workflows and processes.
• Own and manage ETL processes, transforming and loading data efficiently while maintaining data integrity and consistency.
• Employ advanced Data Integration techniques to merge data from multiple sources and deliver comprehensive insights.
• Leverage PL/SQL to create high-performing queries and scripts that enhance data manipulation and reporting.
• Implement IBM Infosphere Datastage solutions to streamline data processing and support improved system performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues to preserve system reliability and ensure user satisfaction.
• Provide technical direction and support to junior developers to promote a shared, collaborative, and innovative environment.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and performance with large datasets.
• Document data solutions and operational processes to enable knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously advance data solutions and delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in Data Warehousing Concepts with the ability to design and implement effective data storage solutions.
• Possess strong skills in Scheduling Basics to manage and optimize data workflows.
• Exhibit expertise in ETL processes to transform and load data efficiently.
• Showcase advanced Data Integration skills to integrate data from multiple sources seamlessly.
• Have a solid understanding of PL/SQL for writing efficient queries and scripts.
• Be experienced in IBM Infosphere Datastage to enhance data processing capabilities.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Have 8 to 12 years of experience in data development and integration roles.
• Display excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
