In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Convert functional requirements into configurable rules, logic, and options within product configurator platforms.
- Partner with engineering and product management teams to create and maintain design inputs such as product models, pricing logic, and lead time data.
- Guarantee compliance with global design standards and governance practices for product configurators.
- Coordinate and run testing cycles, detect issues, and apply timely fixes to ensure accuracy and reliability of the system.
- Keep configurator design files current and updated in accordance with engineering standards and business requirements.
- Resolve complex configurator-related problems within defined service levels and spot opportunities for proactive enhancements.
- Collect feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and continuously improve configurator functionality and usability.
- Create and maintain clear documentation to facilitate design reviews, audits, and knowledge sharing.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in product configuration, engineering systems, or similar roles supporting configurable products.
- Ability to interpret engineering data and convert it into structured system rules and configurations.
- Experience with enterprise tools or configurator platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams across functions and time zones.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required based on role needs.
- Experience with configurator platforms such as Oracle Configurator, SAP Variant Configuration, or Configit ACE.
- Experience in mechanical product design, application engineering, or product lifecycle management.
- Experience working with industrial products, particularly valves or flow control solutions.
- Knowledge of global product configuration standards and governance models.
- Familiarity with automation or digital tools that support configuration and data management.
- Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
