Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP’s BTM suite. You will help enable end-to-end transformation by integrating process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to achieve measurable business outcomes.

As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP’s BTM suite. You will help enable end-to-end transformation by integrating process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to achieve measurable business outcomes.

- Drive Process Optimization: Lead process discovery and optimization using SAP Signavio, mapping business processes to strategic objectives to support operational excellence.
- Align IT Architecture: Coordinate IT architecture with business strategy using LeanIX, ensuring strong alignment, seamless integration, and effective use of technology.
- Enhance User Adoption: Strengthen user adoption and change management through WalkMe, enabling smooth transitions and maximizing ROI from technology investments.
- Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Bring together process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to produce measurable business outcomes that meet client needs and expectations.
- Support Transformation Initiatives: Assist end-to-end transformation initiatives by applying SAP’s BTM suite to drive business growth and success.
Master's Degree

- Process Optimization Expertise: Experience conducting process discovery and optimization with SAP Signavio, with a focus on aligning business processes with strategic objectives to achieve operational excellence.

- Process Intelligence Knowledge: Experience with process intelligence concepts and tools, including process mining and analysis, to support business transformation initiatives.
- Digital Adoption Expertise: Experience with digital adoption platforms and methodologies, including change management and user enablement, to drive successful technology adoption.
- Enterprise Architecture Familiarity: Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools, including IT architecture alignment and technology roadmapping, to support business strategy development.
