Key Responsibilities in This Role:
- Develop planning and reporting cycles for designated portfolios, encompassing regional consolidation and analysis tasks
- Oversee monthly reporting and forecasting processes in collaboration with site operations and finance teams
- Facilitate site finance engagement and initiatives (across various business and functional units) aimed at enhancing financial reporting/analysis and operational performance
- Spearhead FP&A rigor and simplification projects to ensure timely, precise, and value-driven analytics
- Cultivate cooperative relationships with Site Finance, HQ Finance, GFS, and Operating teams
- Assist the leadership team in formulating budgets, operating plans, investment strategies, and resource allocation
- Contribute to financial reporting across all business dimensions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Manage extensive datasets, systems, and processes for reporting and analyzing operational outcomes
- Collaborate with IT to promote system automation and process enhancement
- Provide support for significant initiatives and business investment efforts
- Share best practices and promote One Emerson initiatives as appropriate
- Uphold internal controls integrity, conduct balance sheet reviews, and support audits

Essential Qualifications for This Position:
- Finance Professional with over 10 years of experience in the FP&A sector
- Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and an excellent team player
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate across functions with Operations and Sales teams
- Self-motivated, with a track record of suggesting and implementing process improvements
- Capable of balancing stakeholder needs, adapting to situations, managing complexities, and navigating ambiguity
- A strong team player with creative thinking and strategic solutions that align with organizational goals
- Willingness to travel to Germany once or twice annually (for 1 to 2 weeks per trip)
- Chartered Accountant or CMA designation
- Fundamental understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, and Hyperion Financial Management systems
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar presentation tools
