Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external clients to ascertain customer needs and suggest optimal solutions for application-specific projects.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals in collaboration with BDMs, internal and external sales teams, the Legal department, PMO, and factory PSQs.
- Deliver pre-sales and technical assistance to all customers, business partners, and distributors.
- Provide technical support and participate in pre- and post-order technical discussions with sales, PMO, product management teams, and BDMs (as applicable).
- Regularly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data.
- Review project requirements meticulously and obtain necessary clarifications and approvals from relevant stakeholders prior to submitting offers to customers.
- Ensure punctual submission of offers, adhering to the DOA (Delegation of Authority) process.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office.
- Possess strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Showcase proven teamwork skills or the capability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Exhibit attention to detail and a proactive demeanor. Ability to navigate complex situations under pressure.

- Familiarity with isolation valve products, actuators, and instrumentation components is a plus.
- Understanding of both destructive and non-destructive testing methods will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of metallurgy, material science, and fluid mechanics will be beneficial.
