SPE-Clinical Data Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Data Management professional to help support clinical trials by performing data cleaning, validation, discrepancy resolution, query management, and database lock activities. This position will span multiple clinical trials and therapeutic areas, including the handling of third-party data. The successful candidate will ensure audit-ready documentation is maintained and will coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct clinical data cleaning, manual reviews, and system-based data checks.
2. Update and maintain study trackers while monitoring data management activities.
3. Oversee data discrepancies, clinical queries, and issue resolution.
4. Assist with database lock activities and help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
5. Recognize potential SLA risks and prepare corrective action plans in coordination with the Team Lead.
6. Maintain audit-ready documentation in accordance with applicable quality, security, and compliance requirements.
7. Support multiple clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas.
8. Provide technical oversight and guidance when needed.
9. Manage third-party data received from laboratories, pharmacokinetic (PK) studies, imaging, and other vendors.
10. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding data issues, ongoing progress, and deliverables.
