Integration Architect

Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled Integration Architect who can effectively connect business stakeholders with delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation of integration solutions within intricate enterprise settings. This position amalgamates expertise in integration architecture with robust business analysis skills, allowing for the translation of business requirements into scalable technical solutions while fostering alignment among various systems and stakeholders.

Your collaboration will be essential as you partner with business users, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to articulate requirements, shape solution strategies, and support Agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle. This role provides a chance to influence enterprise integration strategies, spearhead business transformation projects, and contribute to the effective delivery of significant technological solutions.

Core Responsibilities

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document integration and business requirements across diverse applications and systems.

. Define comprehensive integration requirements and ensure that they align with business objectives, functional specifications, and technical solution designs.

. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by proposing integration and solution strategies that meet business needs while accounting for technical limitations and delivery schedules.

. Coordinate requirements and dependencies across multiple interconnected systems to guarantee consistency and successful execution.

. Create and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, decision papers, and communication materials for stakeholders.

. Lead workshops, design discussions, and requirement review meetings with both business and technical teams.

. Partner with Agile delivery squads throughout the development lifecycle, assisting in backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing activities, and solution validation.

. Identify risks, issues, and impacts across integration touchpoints and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective mitigation strategies.

Essential Qualifications

. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

. Demonstrated experience in integration architecture, systems integration, application architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.

. Strong background in business analysis, including skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process analysis, and documentation.

. Proven track record of working across various business and technology teams to foster alignment and informed decision-making.

. Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware technologies, and system interaction models.

. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional development teams.

. Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable Qualifications

. Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.

. Knowledge of legacy system integration and modernization strategies.

. Ability to create business cases, impact assessments, and decision documentation for executive stakeholders.

. Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and contemporary integration architectures.

. Experience in multicultural and geographically dispersed delivery environments.

. Relevant certifications in business analysis, enterprise architecture, Agile methodologies, or integration technologies.
