About the Role

Become a part of Accenture's Talent & Organisation (T&O) division, where we assist organizations in managing intricate transformation processes by emphasizing the human aspect of change. In the capacity of Overall Change Lead, you will serve as a reliable advisor and subject matter expert, spearheading comprehensive change strategies that facilitate the effective integration of new processes, technologies, and operational frameworks. Your role will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to equip organizations for enduring transformation.

Key Responsibilities

. Direct the overarching change management strategy and execution for transformation initiatives.
. Develop change interventions and business processes that are in sync with transformation goals.
. Perform organizational impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
. Examine current operational environments to uncover change opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
. Formulate and implement stakeholder engagement strategies across various stakeholder groups.
. Design and execute communication plans that enhance awareness, comprehension, and involvement.
. Create and supervise training, learning, and adoption initiatives.
. Execute programs and interventions that position the organization for change.
. Track adoption, readiness, and the effectiveness of change throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

. Advanced expertise in Change Management.
. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Transformation, or related fields.
. Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
. Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, impact assessment, and adoption planning.
. Capability to articulate value propositions and craft business cases that effectively communicate the impacts of transformation initiatives on people, processes, and technology.
. Enthusiasm for utilizing AI and proven experience with AI-driven tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to boost productivity, expedite deliverable development, and achieve change objectives.
. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
