Finance Consultant (Management Consulting)

Role Overview

Become a part of Accenture's Management Consulting team as a Finance Consultant, where you will assist organizations in evolving their finance functions and operational frameworks to foster sustainable business value. This position provides a chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence strategic decisions, and create innovative solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

Your role will involve working alongside stakeholders from various functions, utilizing your Finance Strategy expertise to craft and execute business processes that facilitate transformation, efficiency, and growth.

Main Responsibilities

. Design and construct finance-related business processes that meet client needs and align with strategic goals.

. Evaluate existing operating models, workflows, and organizational structures to discover areas for improvement and performance enhancement.

. Create innovative and practical solutions by utilizing established methodologies, tools, and transformation resources.

. Assist in the rollout of finance transformation programs and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption.

. Work together with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to synchronize process enhancements with business objectives.

. Lead workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions to collect requirements and build consensus.

. Track transformation results and propose ongoing improvement opportunities.

. Provide thought leadership, industry insights, and finance strategy expertise throughout engagements and internal initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

. At least 2 years of experience in Finance Strategy, finance transformation, management consulting, or a similar area.

. Advanced knowledge in Finance Strategy.

. Experience in analyzing business processes, operating models, and organizational performance.

. Strong problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

. Capacity to work effectively across various teams and business functions.

. Experience in supporting organizational change and process adoption initiatives.

Desirable Qualifications

. Advanced knowledge in Commercial Management.

. Advanced knowledge in Contract Management.

. Advanced knowledge in Cost Accounting.

. Advanced knowledge in Sales Pursuit Management.

. Intermediate knowledge in Analytical Thinking.

. Experience in large-scale transformation or operating model redesign initiatives.

. Understanding of finance operating models, performance management, and process optimization frameworks.
