Key Responsibilities

. Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and confirm business and application requirements.

. Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements to facilitate effective solution design and implementation.

. Create application solutions that are in line with business goals, technical standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

. Work collaboratively with development, testing, and project teams to guarantee the precise execution of application designs.

. Serve as a subject matter expert in requirements analysis and application design, offering insights on complex solution challenges.

. Aid in project planning, estimation, and the identification of risks associated with application design.

. Conduct design reviews and evaluate application performance, suggesting enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

. Mentor and guide junior team members on requirements analysis, design methodologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

. Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application design.

. Strong proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Application Design.

. Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

. Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience in enterprise application development and system integration projects.

. Familiarity with application architecture principles, design patterns, and software development lifecycle methodologies.

. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery frameworks.

. Experience in stakeholder management and technical leadership roles.
