HR Functional Lead Consultant

About the Position

In the capacity of an HR Functional Lead Consultant, you will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate existing HR operations, design future-focused processes, and create operating model strategies that facilitate business transformation. This role integrates consulting, process reengineering, and operating model proficiency to yield impactful organizational results.

Primary Responsibilities

. Develop innovative HR business processes that align with business and transformation needs.
. Execute current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process mapping initiatives.
. Conduct fit-gap assessments to pinpoint discrepancies in processes, policies, and solutions.
. Lead workshops for gathering business requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
. Champion HR process standardization and harmonization efforts across various business functions.
. Assist in the design and execution of target HR operating models.
. Create cutting-edge solutions utilizing established methodologies, tools, and resources.
. Roll out programs and initiatives that foster organizational transformation and readiness.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective adoption of new processes and methodologies.

Essential Qualifications

. Advanced expertise in Business Operating Model.
. At least 5 years of experience in HR transformation, business process consulting, operating model design, or similar fields.
. Extensive experience in process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and business requirements collection.
. Strong skills in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and analytical thinking.
. Capability to articulate value propositions and develop business cases illustrating how technology influences people, processes, and operating models.
. Enthusiasm for harnessing AI, with demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, analysis, and business results.
. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
