Finance Change Lead

About the Role

Become a part of Accenture's Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, where we empower organizations to successfully manage transformation through strategic change management and workforce adoption methods. As a Finance Change Lead, you will collaborate with finance stakeholders to enhance the human aspect of change, ensuring that affected teams are prepared, engaged, and ready to embrace new operational methods. Your contribution will be vital in executing change management activities that promote successful transformation outcomes, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, communication, learning, business readiness, and overall adoption.

Key Responsibilities

. Formulate and implement change management strategies and plans to facilitate finance transformation projects.

. Identify, analyze, and engage stakeholders across the affected business units.

. Evaluate the organizational and workforce implications resulting from transformation initiatives.

. Create and execute communication strategies that foster awareness, comprehension, and commitment to change.

. Design and oversee training, learning, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful transitions.

. Execute business readiness measures to equip stakeholders for future processes and operational methods.

. Recognize and address change-related risks, resistance issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

. Develop actionable change solutions utilizing established methodologies, tools, and resources.

. Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and sustained adoption.

Required Qualifications

. Advanced expertise in Change Management.

. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or related fields.

. Demonstrated proficiency in delivering activities related to stakeholder engagement, communication, learning, adoption, and business readiness.

. Experience in conducting organizational impact assessments and supporting large-scale transformation efforts.

. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting abilities.

. Capability to articulate value propositions and construct business cases illustrating how changes in organization, processes, and technology yield positive business results.

. A strong interest in utilizing AI, with proven experience in implementing AI-driven tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate deliverables, improve decision-making, and achieve business outcomes.

. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

. Advanced proficiency in Accenture Functional Impact Assessment Tool (FIAT).

. Advanced Communication Management skills.

. Advanced Stakeholder Management skills.

. Advanced Training and Development capabilities.

. Intermediate Process Improvement knowledge.

. Experience with finance-centric transformation initiatives from a change management standpoint.
