Head of Air-Conditioning

Position Overview and Responsibilities

• Formulating vision and strategies to achieve departmental sales and profit objectives
• Creating a sustainable business framework through innovative concepts and solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement top-tier product, marketing, and retail strategies aimed at enhancing the company's brand presence in the air-conditioning sector
• In partnership with the product marketing manager, oversee the roadmap and lifecycle management of the product portfolio
• Directing a team of key account managers to expand distribution channels (B2C/B2B) while fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with business partners and key decision-makers
• In collaboration with the Pre-sales Engineer, deliver technical designs and consultations aligned with project specifications
• Teaming up with the service department to ensure exceptional after-sales support
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members to promote their professional growth and job satisfaction. Overseeing the daily operations of the team, which encompass:
• Product Management
• Market Analysis
• Key Account Management
• P&L Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Pre-sales / After-sales Support
• Management Reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma, ideally a Degree in Business or Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the air-conditioning industry, showcasing strong industry connections and market understanding
• Proficient in P&L and personnel management
• Experience in both Sales and Marketing domains
• Proven track record of sales success in both B2B and B2C environments
• Exceptional cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively, with strong project management and presentation skills
