Guest Services Officer

Overview:

Become a key member of a vibrant team as a Guest Services Associate, where your contribution will be essential in elevating the guest experience through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Professionally and warmly greet and welcome Korean-speaking guests throughout their stay.
• Assist with luggage handling from the moment of arrival to guest rooms and during check-outs.
• Deliver a tailored guest experience by managing preferences using the property management system.
• Efficiently handle guest messages, mail, and packages, ensuring prompt delivery or secure storage.
• Stay updated on hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Help guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Professionally escalate guest concerns and feedback, addressing issues within established guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to enhance guest services.
• Provide operational support during hotel events and functions as necessary.
• Ensure guests depart with a favorable impression of the hotel's service quality.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to remain composed during guest interactions, even under pressure.
• Physically capable of managing luggage and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and adherence to grooming standards.
• Proficiency in the Korean language to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking guests.
