Senior Finance Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

Global Channel and Category Reporting & Governance

• Deliver precise and timely analyses of financial and operational performance across global channels and categories.
• Collaborate with markets to ensure the consistency, integrity, and accuracy of global profit and loss statements.
• Lead global initiatives aimed at enhancing performance analytics and governance.

FP&A Tools Development and Automation

• Develop and sustain FP&A tools; standardize reporting tools globally for consistency.
• Initiate and drive automation projects utilizing business intelligence tools.

FX Analysis and Reporting

• Create FX performance dashboards, monitor trends, and offer actionable insights to inform financial decisions.

Governance and Ad-hoc Responsibilities

• Respond to global financial information inquiries with promptness and accuracy.
• Assist with ad-hoc FP&A projects to improve financial governance and analytics.

Essential Competencies

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL and Tableau is advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• A proactive approach to developing systems and processes to enhance efficiencies and support the business.
• Adaptable with excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• High level of commercial awareness to interpret data effectively, along with the ability to analyze trends.
