Key Responsibilities

• Application Development and Maintenance: Craft, code, and implement applications using Golang while utilizing prevalent frameworks and components.
• Performance Enhancement: Create efficient, scalable, and maintainable code with an emphasis on performance improvement, multi-threading, and concurrent programming.
• Database Oversight: Design and maintain database schemas, indices, and transactions, ensuring effective data management in distributed environments.
• Caching and Messaging Solutions: Employ Redis for caching and data management, and Kafka for constructing high-concurrency, real-time systems.
• Cloud Development: Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms, such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, effectively utilizing their services.
• API Engineering: Design and execute APIs in accordance with best practices for smooth integration and optimal functionality.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Develop thorough tests for all features and adeptly debug issues within Unix-based systems.
• Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and deliver new features while addressing complex software challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in Golang development, showcasing strong coding abilities and familiarity with Golang frameworks.
• Expertise in multi-threading, concurrent programming, and network IO models.
• Comprehensive understanding of databases, distributed systems, and database transactions.
• Proficient in using Redis and Kafka for caching and messaging within high-concurrency environments.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Strong command of Unix systems and comfort with terminal operations.
• Thorough knowledge of API design principles and best practices.
• Ability to produce clear, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
