Functional Tester - Manual

1. Experience with SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or similar Marketing Automation platforms

2. Fundamental knowledge of HTML and SQL.

3. Proficient communication in Cantonese and ability to write in Chinese is essential

4. Practical experience in handling defects and bugs, along with strategies for their mitigation

5. Requirements & Qualifications

       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

6. Tools: Knowledge of JIRA and test management software

7. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin

Collaborate with the project team to gather Manual testing requirements and provide estimations

Understand and clarify the application architecture relevant to testing

Develop test cases and test scenarios
