Work Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise warehouse operators to support daily operations.
Train, coach, and guide new staff in warehouse procedures.
Coordinate shipments and deliveries with internal teams and external service providers.
Monitor and ensure daily warehouse targets and KPIs are achieved.
Schedule and plan manpower to maintain smooth daily operations.
Carry out stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Identify and resolve daily operational issues.
Uphold workplace safety standards and maintain good housekeeping.
Undertake other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
Able to communicate in English.
Able to operate a forklift safely.
Good leadership and teamwork skills.
Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
