Job Description
- We are on the lookout for a talented Developer to join our Application team, which is dedicated to delivering top-notch enterprise software solutions. This position demands strict compliance with coding and design standards while thriving in a fast-paced, innovative, and agile work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test AI/ML products that are agile and user-focused (e.g., web applications)
- Create, develop, test, and debug comprehensive software modules
- Develop and sustain APIs for data integration from various sources
- Implement established practices such as code reviews and test-driven development
- Engage in discussions about system architecture and design
- Improve and optimize existing applications
- Follow industry standards for best practices in software development
- Participate in an Agile (SCRUM) team environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address technical issues
- Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems, emphasizing a user-centric approach
- Manage version control and ensure that documentation is accurately maintained
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies through self-learning, experimentation, and evaluation of new tools and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Software Engineering experience with a focus on AI and Cloud Platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Strong desire for innovation, independence, and a start-up like environment
- Capability to deliver projects under tight deadlines and limited resources
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and RAG-based architectures; familiarity with Google Gemini is a bonus
- Solid understanding of software development security best practices to create secure and reliable applications
- Proficient knowledge and experience with LLM consumptions for application development
- Familiarity with various front-end languages and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Experience using version control systems like GitHub
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, Node.js, and database technologies including MongoDB; Firebase experience is a plus
- Good understanding of REST APIs and their development processes.
