Finance Executive (Credit Control)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee credit control and management of accounts receivable (AR).
• Regularly assess and uphold a robust AR ageing report for designated accounts.
• Proactively follow up on overdue payments, delays, and other discrepancies.
• Investigate and address customer queries regarding payment and collection issues.
• Engage with customers concerning their account statements and invoices, issuing dunning letters as necessary.
• Ensure prompt updating of customer receipts.
• Keep precise records of all collection-related activities.
• Timely completion of month-end closing activities for accounts receivable.
• Support annual audit processes.
• Carry out additional duties as delegated by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Possession of at least a Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical abilities with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles applicable to financial analysis and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven capability to build and sustain client relationships.
