Job Summary

• Prepare and maintain a complete set of straightforward monthly investment holding accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Tasked with monitoring monthly management fee invoicing and collection from subsidiaries to guarantee adequate cash flow for organizational requirements.
• Generate payment and claims documentation and ensure timely follow-up on necessary approvals.
• Oversee the year-end audit process, collaborating with the company secretary and handling tax submissions.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accountancy is required.
• Familiarity with the Sage accounting system is preferred.
