Job Description
- Leadership in Finance: Oversee all corporate finance operations, including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury management, taxation, risk assessment, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Spearhead the development of financial strategies, budgeting processes, forecasting, and reporting to facilitate business expansion and informed decision-making.
- Investment Evaluation & Capital Management: Assess investment opportunities, oversee mergers and acquisitions, and optimize capital structures to enhance financial performance.
- Finance Systems & Transformation: Manage SAP finance systems and lead initiatives for finance transformation aimed at improving efficiency and financial reporting capabilities.
- Management of Stakeholders: Cultivate and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies to uphold compliance and ensure financial integrity.
- Leadership and Development of Teams: Direct, mentor, and nurture a team of controllers and analysts, promoting a culture of high performance and teamwork.
