Senior BIM Modeller (Architecture)

We are seeking a skilled Senior BIM Modeller to become part of a multidisciplinary team focused on intricate healthcare and laboratory projects. Your expertise will be crucial in developing precise, coordinated, and constructible BIM models that encompass architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate and uphold high-quality 3D/2D BIM models utilizing Autodesk Revit, ensuring all models meet project specifications and accuracy standards
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction experts to identify and resolve design conflicts, enhancing overall constructability
• Perform clash detection, buildability reviews, and constructability analyses
• Facilitate quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and facility management handover processes through BIM
• Ensure data integrity and version control across various BIM models and guarantee integration with BIM tools, plug-ins, or innovative AI technologies
• Produce shop drawings and as-built documentation for architectural and civil/structural projects
• Manage and implement drawing revisions in collaboration with project teams
• Assist in documentation and submissions related to BIM processes and records
• Provide BIM support to the Project Manager to facilitate successful project outcomes and quality assurance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of practical BIM coordination experience, ideally in healthcare or laboratory projects
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Navisworks or BIM 360 is advantageous
• Extensive experience in multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with multidisciplinary teams
