Our client, a prominent Civil Contractor, specializes in engineering and construction for various Civil and Infrastructure projects. With a growing portfolio of projects both locally and internationally, they are in search of skilled and professional candidates to enhance their local workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a comprehensive range of M&E Quantity Surveyor responsibilities, encompassing tender preparation, pre-contract activities, and post-contract management. This includes contract reviews, quantity take-offs, bill of quantities preparation, and subcontractor selection, with a focus on M&E areas.
• Oversee contract and subcontract administration, which involves preparing progress claims, managing variation orders, and validating claims from subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
• Prior experience in a QS consultancy setting.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in measurement, cost estimation, construction technologies, contractual matters, and legal implications.
• Proficient in professional practices and contract administration procedures.
• Ability to independently manage QS functions on projects while exhibiting strong collaboration skills.

Working Days: 5 Days
Salary: Up to S$6,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary commensurate with experience and qualifications).
