Customer Service Officer – Banking | Call Centre

We are actively seeking a qualified Call Centre Agent / Customer Service to join our team on a 12-month contract basis (with the possibility of extension based on project needs).

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat relating to bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Transaction Processing: Ensure accurate processing of secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates.
• Product Promotion: Advocate for banking products, digital self-service solutions, and credit offerings.
• Performance Metrics: Achieve performance benchmarks for call resolution, service quality, and schedule adherence.

Shift & Work Schedule

• PM Shifts: Rotating schedules including 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight).
• Rotation: Includes weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis (generally one weekday and one weekend day off).
• Compensation: Monthly shift allowances will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualifications include GCE O-Levels, ITE, or a Diploma.
• Experience Criteria:
• Banking Call Centre/CS: At least 12 months of relevant experience.
• Non-Banking Call Centre/CS: A minimum of 24 months of relevant experience.
• Fresh Graduates (Diploma/Degree): At least 2 to 3 months of customer service experience (internships, part-time, or entry-level roles accepted).
• O/A Levels & ITE Candidates: A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service or contact centre operations.
• Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening abilities, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating or staggered shifts.
