Regional Financial Leadership: Oversee the consolidation processes for the APAC region encompassing Actuals, Budget, Forecast, and Multi-Year Plans, ensuring precision, timeliness, and actionable insights.
FP&A & Business Partnering: Spearhead regional FP&A initiatives such as scenario planning, variance analysis, and forecasting; deliver strategic insights to both country and regional leadership.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Communicate KPIs, ratios, and business drivers to the CFO and leadership team, transforming intricate financial data into information that supports decision-making.
Systems & Process Improvement: Direct finance system projects (e.g., transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4HANA) to improve reporting, forecasting, and business partnering functions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3+ finance professionals, enhancing their FP&A, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Financial Modeling & Tools: Create and enforce financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools that aid in planning, performance monitoring, and business analysis.
Governance & Controls: Reinforce financial controls, ensure accuracy in consolidation, and maintain compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
Culture & Collaboration: Promote a high-performance, collaborative finance culture that aligns with company values and strategic goals.
