Hiring: Lead, Finance Application Systems Transformation – Incident Management

Location: Bengaluru

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days from office

Experience: 9–11 years

CTC: Up to 40 LPA

Key Skills Required:

• Strong Incident & Defect Management experience
• L2 Functional Support background
• Hands-on JDE experience
• Strong Finance Systems & Processes knowledge
• Root Cause Analysis & Impact Assessment
• Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination
• Knowledge of A2R, P2P & O2C
• Understanding of SOX, Controls & Audit
• Defect lifecycle and Release Validation
• Experience with global/matrixed environments

Role Highlights:

• Deliver L2 functional support for JDE Finance systems
• Manage incident and defect resolution across the complete lifecycle
• Conduct RCA, impact assessment, and issue prioritization
• Collaborate with AMS, Finance, IT, Data and Controls teams
• Handle close-critical issues, releases, UAT, and system stabilization
• Detect recurring issues and drive continuous improvement

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
