Arrangement And Piping Engineer

Job Overview:

• Become a vital member of our team, focusing on 3D mechanical arrangements and piping engineering for large-scale energy initiatives.
• This position encompasses basic to advanced design, site assistance, and the delivery of 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and specifications utilizing state-of-the-art tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Arrangement Engineering
• Comprehensive site layout planning and 3D design of power plants
• Positioning of plant equipment using AVEVA E3D PDMS
• Create arrangement drawings via AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD
• Conduct clash detection and collaborate with civil and structural teams
• Design significant plant modules encompassing steel design, piping, and equipment placement
• Piping Design
• Route water and steam piping from initial concept through to detailed engineering
• Produce isometric drawings, support documents, and hydrotest mark-ups
• Execute pipe stress analysis using ROHR II CAESAR
• Formulate specifications for piping, valves, fittings, supports, and insulation
• Oversee piping and layout engineering teams
• Guarantee the effective delivery of project outcomes across all stages
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential Skills
• In-depth understanding of power plant arrangement and piping design
• Knowledge of international standards and client specifications
• Experience in site customer interactions is preferred
• Tools and Software Expertise
• AVEVA E3D PDMS, AVEVA DRAW, AutoCAD
• Pipe stress analysis tools: ROHR II CAESAR

• Work locations include Bangalore, Mysore, and Noida
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
