Stibo MDM Developer

Job Overview:

• Tasked with the creation and upkeep of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to facilitate real-time, unified Customer 360 data across various enterprise systems.

Primary Duties:

• Design and configure MDM components such as match, merge, survivorship workflows, and data models.
• Connect with upstream and downstream systems, including ERP, CRM, and APIs.
• Establish data quality standards and cleansing methodologies.
• Assist in data migration and onboarding processes from legacy systems.
• Facilitate client workshops and lead solution discussions.
• Oversee and guide junior developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Technical Qualifications:

• 5 years of practical experience with Stibo MDM.
• Proficient in both On-Premises and IDMC SaaS environments.
• Experience is required in implementing various MDM domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, and Finance.
• Must have participated in an MDM development project through all stages of implementation.
• Experience with Customer 360 or multi-domain implementations is essential.
