Pressure Parts Component Engineer - HRSG

Job Overview:

• Become a key member of our engineering team, where you will be responsible for the design and development of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) pressure components for Combined Cycle Power Plants and Boilers.
• This position requires engagement in thermal layout design process calculations and component stress analysis, ensuring compliance with global standards.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct thermal layout and design for HRSG or Boilers, which includes:
• Process calculations
• Material selection
• Pipeline sizing
• Flow circuit diagrams for pressure-retaining components
• Perform code strength calculations, basic stress analysis, and interpretation of international standards such as ASME, EN, and IBR
• Create product geometry utilizing 2D and 3D design tools based on engineering calculations
• Collaborate on product development, offering technical expertise and addressing staffing requirements
• Operate autonomously or in a leadership capacity, demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential Skills
• Knowledge of Combined Cycle Power Plants, HRSG, and Boiler systems
• In-depth understanding of pressure parts design, stress analysis, and international codes
• Software Proficiency
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent
• Proficiency in engineering analysis tools for stress and thermal calculations
