Enterprise Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Engagement

• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their daily requirements and resolving any issues that may occur.
• Independently manage mid-sized projects and campaigns from inception to completion, requiring minimal oversight.
• Set and manage client expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope.
• Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively tackle them, involving supervisors as needed to identify effective solutions.
• Engage in business development activities, aiding in the creation of new business pitches and proposals.
• Leverage industry expertise and client insights to secure new project opportunities.

Team Cooperation

• Serve as the primary link between clients and internal teams, inspiring and guiding team members to produce top-notch work.
• Work collaboratively with teams to develop comprehensive strategies grounded in a thorough understanding of client goals and brand direction.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and provide insights that promote both client and company advancement.
• Mentor and oversee Account Executives, nurturing an environment focused on learning and professional growth.

Creative Direction

• Create detailed creative briefs and steer the creative process to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Offer constructive feedback on creative outputs, encouraging innovation while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Confidently present and advocate for campaign concepts to clients.
• Remain updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure OOm leads in creative excellence.

Essential Qualifications:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in a key account management role within an agency environment.
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong commercial insight with the ability to comprehend and analyze client requirements.
