• At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Information Security, Technology Risk, Data Protection, or related transformation projects.
• Extensive expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, testing, stakeholder management, and comprehensive end-to-end project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP), including policy design, implementation, testing, and management.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead implementations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different regions, and successfully deliver project objectives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience within banking, financial services, data protection, or information security sectors is highly desirable.
• Proactive and capable of working autonomously to drive project outcomes, rather than solely functioning as a project coordinator.
