Change Manager (ITIL, ITSM, CAB governance)

We are seeking skilled Change Managers to oversee and coordinate production changes in accordance with Change Management policies, ITIL best practices, and established SLAs. This position is essential for ensuring effective planning, approval, communication, risk management, and execution of changes while minimizing operational disruption and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee the complete governance and approval process for production changes. 
• Facilitate change planning, scheduling, implementation, and communication with stakeholders. 
• Organize CAB meetings and secure timely approvals. 
• Conduct risk and impact assessments for both planned and emergency changes. 
• Ensure adherence to vulnerability remediation and change restriction protocols. 
• Maintain accurate change records, governance documentation, and prepare for audits. 
• Work in partnership with Configuration Management teams to ensure the accuracy of the CMDB. 
• Promote the continuous enhancement of Change Management processes and metrics. 

Requirements 

• A minimum of 7+ years of overall IT experience. 
• At least 3 to 5 years of direct Change Management experience within large-scale enterprise settings. 
• Demonstrated expertise in leading CAB governance, managing change risks, and coordinating production changes. 
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow, CMDB, and production change governance. 
• Proven track record in coordinating enterprise production changes and engaging with stakeholders. 
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• ITIL Foundation certification is required. 
• ITIL Intermediate/Managing Professional certification will be considered a plus. 
• ServiceNow certification is desirable.
