Change Management Consultant

• Guide organizations through the journey from strategic planning to execution by leveraging our expertise in business transformation, organizational change management, and program oversight.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement structured change management frameworks to lead change initiatives, evaluate impacts, and develop customized strategies that promote user adoption while reducing resistance.
• Partner with project teams to integrate change management practices into project plans, ensuring cohesive execution across all initiatives.
• Engage with key stakeholders, coach senior leadership and C-suite executives in their sponsor roles, and provide direct support to managers and frontline teams during transition phases.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate change-related risks, managing potential resistance to facilitate smooth stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Create actionable deliverables including stakeholder analyses, communication strategies, and training programs.
• Design and develop engaging communication materials such as email campaigns, banners, videos, and posters to enhance awareness and participation.
• Support training initiatives, define and monitor change KPIs, develop adoption dashboards, oversee progress tracking, and govern change activities to ensure accountability and ongoing improvement.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• 6 to 7 years of overall experience, with at least 3 to 4 years actively managing transformation projects within business or technology sectors.
• Master’s degree complemented by excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills and the ability to cultivate robust relationships with clients and project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio) and familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, Articulate, etc.
• Experience working in domains like Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services is highly desirable, especially with a focus on technology-enabled change such as automation and AI.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, work with geographically dispersed teams, and foster a collaborative team environment.
