Trade Lifecycle

The individual in this role will integrate into the IMOS Trade Services Operations team, focusing on the resolution of trade exceptions and ensuring seamless execution of processes. Responsibilities include managing change initiatives and proposing enhancements to existing processes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience throughout the securities trade lifecycle, including Equities and Fixed Income. Experience with the trade lifecycle relevant to ETD, OTC, FX, or Bank Loans is considered a valuable asset.

• Oversee the end-to-end management of all trade exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Achieve excellence in Business As Usual (BAU) execution; regularly publish KPIs/KRIs, analyze any discrepancies from established targets, and ensure that all aging items are addressed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain ongoing communication with partner locations.
• Contribute significantly to audit evaluations and control assessments.
• Support the development and execution of Business Continuity Plans.
• Conduct thorough process research and investigations utilizing relevant operational systems.
• Effectively communicate product features and advantages.
• This position requires working during North America (NA) / US shifts.
