Candidates should possess a background in educational material creation, competitive examination preparation, assessment content formulation, question bank design, or the development and validation of multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

• MCQ Design and Question Bank Creation
• Validation of Answer Keys and Solutions
• Development and Review of Question Papers
• Quality Assurance in Assessment Content
• Mapping Syllabus and Examination Patterns
• Error Detection and Proofreading

PREFERRED CANDIDATE TITLES:

Subject Matter Expert, Mathematics SME, Reasoning SME, Assessment Content Developer, Question Bank Developer, Test Content Creator, Content Reviewer, Academic Content Specialist.

TARGETED INDUSTRIES:

EdTech, competitive examination preparation, educational publishing, assessment organizations, and content projects for government/PSU examinations.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-5 years of pertinent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Mathematics or Reasoning.
• Practical experience in the creation, review, or validation of MCQs.
• Capability to verify answer keys, calculations, and detailed solutions.
• Fluency in English and Hindi or another relevant regional language, as specified by the client.
• Commitment to working from the Bengaluru office.
