Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to become part of our team as a Real Estate Sales Associate. This position is focused on supporting the property sales process, interacting with clients, and performing market analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for real estate and a strong desire to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the transaction of residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market analysis to uncover potential clients and properties
- Create and present property listings along with marketing materials
- Organize property showings and open house events
- Develop client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and buyers
- Keep abreast of real estate trends and market conditions
- Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in India
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Familiarity with real estate listing platforms and CRM systems
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Qualification: Minimum PUC/ Any graduates
Experience: Fresher/6 months - 1 year in Customer support voice process/Real estate sales/Mortgage Insurance
Shift: Day shift, 1 Rotational shift
Salary: Between 3 - 10 lakhs + Incentives based on performance
Languages: English & any regional languages
