Business Analyst

Location: AMK

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the successful achievement of critical outcomes through thorough research and impact

analysis, establishing and monitoring success metrics, while consistently enhancing current

solutions.

· Organize and execute regular program activities and evaluations focused on Data Security Risk

Management and Personal Data Protection

· Partner with internal and external stakeholders to arrange data sharing protocols that allow

for legitimate data access, usage, and sharing, ensuring that appropriate data protection

measures are implemented

· Assist in Data Incident Management and Enterprise Data Risk Management initiatives

· Aid in the review, development, and promotion of data standards, policies,

frameworks, processes, procedures, and guidelines to relevant stakeholders

· Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to Data Protection and Data Security,

including requests from/to other Government Agencies

· Facilitate the incorporation of established data protection, data privacy, and data security protocols

into everyday customer business operations

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business

Management, Law, Information Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field

· Minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in one or more of the following areas:

o leading and/or executing data governance, data protection, or data security initiatives

o development of data policies, standards, frameworks, processes, and guidelines

o information/record management including information lifecycle management, data

modeling, and master data management

o performing risk assessments and/or IT and business audits

o managing and reporting data incidents

· Detail-oriented with a strong ability to maintain a broad perspective

· Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying and conveying complex policies and technical governance requirements to business stakeholders

· Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities

· Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Program or project management expertise

· Professional certifications in data governance, data protection, cybersecurity, data privacy, incident management, data analytics, business analytics, data science, or related areas are a plus

· Experience relevant to drafting or complying with Singapore Government IM8 policies is a plus

· Background in Data/Cybersecurity is advantageous
