• Experience in analyzing business processes and conducting system/technical analysis.
• Knowledge in process design or process re-engineering methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate data structures, interfaces, and data flows among diverse systems/applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to comprehend business needs and devise suitable solutions.
• Exceptional documentation skills, encompassing functional specifications, user manuals, training documents, communications, RFPs, business cases, and project deliverables.
• Experience in managing the requirements lifecycle, which includes requirements traceability, impact assessment, change management, and prioritization.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), focusing on the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Job Overview

• Serves as the key liaison or 'bridge' among business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, converting business requirements into a format that is comprehensible to the technology department.
• Engages with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify their challenges and requirements, addressing business issues, and when necessary, designing technical solutions.
• Works closely with business stakeholders to outline reporting, dashboard, and analytical requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Supports the Program/Project Manager by collaborating with project workstreams, technology teams, and SMEs for necessary input.
• Leads and facilitates interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to collect, analyze, validate, and document business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversees and communicates business and functional requirements to guarantee that solutions fulfill the established business needs.
• Maintains requirements traceability across business requirements, functional specifications, testing processes, and solution delivery.
• Conducts analyses comparing current-state and future-state to identify gaps in processes, systems, and data to aid solution design.
• Executes Business Process Analysis, which entails analyzing, documenting, and enhancing business processes, as well as gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Performs Systems Analysis, including the assessment of functional behavior, user interface (UI), user experience (UX), documentation of logical system components, and creation of functional specifications.
• Evaluates data requirements, data flows, and integration points among systems to support solution design and reporting needs.
• Assesses the business, operational, compliance, and regulatory implications arising from changes to solutions and new initiatives.
• Generates project deliverables based on documented requirements and input from SMEs.
• Aids in testing efforts, including the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Supports defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities throughout testing and implementation phases.
• Participates in implementation processes and provides post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and resolution of issues.
