Blue Prism RPA Developer

We are looking for a highly driven Blue Prism RPA Developer/Engineer to design, build, implement, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance operational efficiency and enable business transformation. The successful candidate brings proven expertise in Blue Prism development, process automation, workflow optimization, and close partnership with business stakeholders to deliver automation that is scalable and resilient.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and Solution Architects to capture business requirements and convert them into technical automation solutions.
• Create and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and relevant technical documentation.
• Develop reusable Blue Prism objects, processes, and components in alignment with established development standards.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support production deployment activities.
• Track bot performance, troubleshoot defects, and conduct root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Enhance existing automations to increase performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate Blue Prism solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, web services, and legacy systems.
• Assist with automation governance, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives across the RPA practice.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams to maintain platform stability and deliver operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

For Blue Prism RPA Developer (3-8 Years)

• 3-8 years of IT application development experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Blue Prism development experience.
• Strong knowledge of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience in creating Blue Prism Processes, Business Objects, and Control Room operations.
• Knowledge of:
• Exception handling
• Queues
• Work objects
• Environment variables
• Scheduling and monitoring
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
