Responsibilities of the Product Manager
Oversee the research, planning, and design phases of the company's product offerings.
Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor activities, create product roadmaps, and collaborate closely with the R&D team to facilitate product implementation.
Engage with business stakeholders to collect and evaluate requirements, prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), and develop product prototypes.
Identify and synthesize user needs through industry research and data analysis to consistently enhance and refine products, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
Manage cross-functional teams while continuously improving workflows and processes.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in product design or product management.
Skilled in using product and design tools such as Photoshop, Axure, XMind, and Figma, with practical experience in designing product workflows and functional modules.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee product delivery and ongoing operations.
Adept at quickly grasping business requirements, demonstrating strong logical reasoning, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong capacity for learning.
Experience with game-related products is beneficial.
