BIM Modeler (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Create and refine M&E BIM models, layouts, schematics, and technical drawings in line with project requirements and established BIM standards.
• Generate precise 2D and 3D drawings based on contract documents, specifications, and design information.
• Build and manage Autodesk Revit models, including developing and updating BIM families and project components.
• Check design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to confirm coordination and compliance with project needs.
• Assist project teams by delivering BIM outputs and supporting technical documentation across different project phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve design and spatial coordination challenges.
• Contribute to BIM coordination, clash detection, and model reviews to enhance constructability and overall project efficiency.
• Maintain BIM models and drawings by updating them according to design revisions and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, BIM, or a related discipline.
• Experience in BIM modelling using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Internship experience may be considered for junior positions.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and construction drawings will be advantageous.
• Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, or simulation using tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, Fuzor, VRcollab, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
