Data Privacy, Data Ethics and Governance

This module provides an in-depth exploration of essential data privacy concepts. Key subjects covered include definitions and challenges related to data privacy, as well as various strategies for safeguarding personal data. Students will gain insights into the current landscape of data privacy and discover how technology can be leveraged to secure sensitive information. Additionally, students will learn to develop their organization's ethical guidelines and implement systems and processes that ensure compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards for data usage.

Job Requirements: 

• A Ph.D or Master's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience in the specified area
• At least 2 years of pertinent online teaching experience at the higher education level
• Proficient in utilizing learning management systems and online education tools
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in teaching or working in related environments
