Job Description

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes to guarantee timely and accurate reporting.
• Examine profit and loss and balance sheet transactions to ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated reporting packages and fulfill annual reporting requirements.
• Coordinate external audit processes and support the preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Administer finance systems and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine workflows, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Engage with relevant government agencies and regulatory entities regarding reporting submissions and surveys.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a recognized professional accounting qualification.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, or similar finance roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and local tax laws.
• Experience in supporting audits and statutory reporting procedures.
• Familiarity with financial instruments accounting (FRS 109) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
