Application Development Support

A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering is required.

· A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in application development and production support within a banking environment (preferably at UOB), utilizing various technologies.

· Required technical skills include:

o Fundamental knowledge of Linux and scripting, as well as networking skills (mandatory - including navigation, shell scripting, health checks, and connectivity verification).

o Practical experience with an API management tool (experience with Axway API Management tool is a plus).

o Familiarity with additional programming languages (beneficial to have – PHP, Python, JavaScript).

o Experience in the banking or financial sector (preferred).

§ (Previous experience with UOB IT is highly desirable).

· Proven ability to collaborate with teams to troubleshoot challenges encountered in tasks, leveraging skills developed through experience to excel in new responsibilities.
