Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Applied AI Specialist, you will design, implement, and oversee AI-powered solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services. The position requires close coordination with multiple stakeholders to deliver scalable, people-focused AI capabilities that automate workflows and enhance service delivery.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Solution Implementation: Converting business and operational requirements into scalable AI capabilities that automate workflows and strengthen decision-making.
• AI Agent Integration: Connecting AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms to support intelligent automation and incident response.
• Performance Optimization: Tracking and improving agent performance through model evaluation, prompt tuning, and logic enhancements to increase accuracy and reliability.
• Operational Governance: Ensuring operational governance for AI solutions by overseeing production stability, performance thresholds, and compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with application operations, platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and continuously refine agent-based solutions.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• AI Solution Design: Demonstrated exposure to designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services.
• AI Agent Development: Experience working with Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration platforms to deliver scalable AI-enabled operations.
• Technical Integration: Understanding of how to integrate AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms.
• Performance Evaluation: Exposure to monitoring and improving agent performance using model evaluation and prompt refinement.
• Automation Technologies: Experience using automation technologies to enable intelligent automation and workflow orchestration.
